- OVERTIME - a working day consist of 5 hours to 8 hours. Beyond 8 hours, overtime rates will be applied.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
- for jobs lasting less than 8 days : at least 2 days advance notice;
- for jobs lasting more than 8 days : 3 days advance notice.
- All expenses booked by the agency on behalf of the client must be reimbursed by the client.
- SHOWS - during RTW and Couture FW, a minimum rate including 2 hours for the show and 1 hour for rehearsals or fitting is applied.
- TRAVEL DAYS – any travel time exceeding 3 hours shall be compensated based on the minimum hourly wage applicable to the model classification.
- LINGERIE RATES – must be checked with the model before accepting any lingerie bookings and specifically approved by the agency. An increase of 50% will be applied on the rate.
- USAGE RIGHTS – are limited to the specific rights granted and may not be extended without approval and fee negotiation.
- USE OF A.I. – client must obtain written permission from the agency before using any A.I. Technology in conjunction with talent’s likeness or with respect to talent’s performance of services.
- TERMS OF PAYMENT – 45 days from the date of invoice.
